The History Museum will be closed the month of April in preparation for a new exhibition, GUITAR: The Instrument that Rocked the World.

We apologize for the inconveneince.

*Gift Certificates can only be redeemed in person.  Gift Certificates are not valid for group or field-trip visits. Gift Certificates are mailed to the address specified, the current brochure is included.

PARKING
On site parking lot behind the Museum.

Street parking is available, and a ramp at the corner of Washington and Morrison Streets.


ACCESSIBILITY

Elevator entry is located behind the Museum along the northwest corner. Exhibits are located on three levels - all accessible by elevator. The first and second floors have ADA accessible restrooms, and all walkways meet ADA standards. 

Artifacts are displayed at the recommended height by ADA standards. All text panels are designed for easy legibility by sight challenged visitors.


FOOD
Many restaurants are available in downtown Appleton.  Ask the front desk attendant for a downtown visitor guide.
