U.S.S. Shaw

The Shaw sat in dry-dock at a naval yard when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. The Navy repaired the Shaw and sent it to the Pacific. The Shaw saw action in Guadalcanal, New Guinea, New Britain, Guam, and the Philippines. The Navy decommissioned the Shaw in October 1945 and scrapped it in July 1946.
