The History Museum at the Castle will reopen to the public Friday, June 18. The History Museum will be open to the public Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm through the summer. It will schedule group visits Monday-Thursday to limit the number of visitors at a given time. The Museum will also require visitors to maintain social distance and wash or sanitize their hands frequently. Cloth face masks will be optional for visitors that have been vaccinated and required for unvaccinated individuals.

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures
  • Installed signs to promote social distancing and good hygiene
  • ​Made hand sanitizer available on every floor of the museum 
  • Staff and volunteers are vaccinated or required to wear a cloth face covering
  • Developed a plan for phased resumption of museum operations

Visitor Requirements
